About Me

We are a professional removal company with our head office based in London. We undertake every type of removals from small local moves to complete international relocations. We operate different sized luton vans, so we can allocate the vehicle which best serves your needs.

We know that a removal van has to be reliable so we service our fleet regardless of costs. In the worst case we are prepared with a breakdown cover in order to get the unlikely situation sorted as fast as possible. We have goods in transit insurance up to 10.000 GBP, public liability insurance up to 1 million GBP.

In order to secure your items we use special removal blankets, bubble wrap or cardboards. To fix them we use bungee cords, or straps whichever necessary. The vans are supplied with modern satnavs to find the way, and removal trolleys for heavy items.
T&C:

Our T&C will be emailed once the bid is accepted, as this section has limit on the text. The most important thing is that you must list your items as accurately as you can, so we give you a proper quote. Extra work including transporting additional items, which was not agreed before accepting our quote will result in extra charges! In our bidding message we clarify the number of staff and trips. If any extra are needed , this may incur additional charges!

Please specify any special instructions including time restrictions/waiting time in advance!

IF THERE IS NO INVENTORY LIST PROVIDED WE WILL DO 1 TRIP FOR THE QUOTED PRICE, ADDITIONAL TRIPS CAN BE DONE FOR EXTRA CHARGE!!!!


PLEASE NOTE PARKING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED PRICES, SO IF THEY APPLY WE WILL ADD ON TOP OF THE BALANCE.

Once our bid is accepted we are both in a binding contract. Every communication and amendments must be done in writing preferably via email. Voicemail messages, blocked and unknown numbers will be ignored!

Waiting time is charged for at the rates of £40 per hour.
