1- Collection by Parcel Network, Not by Myself.
2- Collection and delivery Monday to Friday, anytime between 9am - 5:30pm
3- Parcel must be Bubble wrapped / Boxed Because as WE ARE NOT MAN WITH VAN SERVICE, and our partners will manage your shipments. Please must discuss if you're sending any "FRAGILE"
4- All contact will be made via Email and WhatsApp only and the reply will be given within ½ hrs.
5- All payments must be UPFRONT via Bank Transfer, we do not accept cash on delivery
6- Quote is based on the listed weight/dimensions only and extra charges may applies if found any misdeclaration in weight and dimensions.
7- Printer required for Most of the service.
8- All collection will be from Ground floor to Ground floor and If you require lifting up/down the floors/stairs/steps let me know before accept as an extra charge may apply.
9- 24 to 48 working hrs will be required for arranging collection.
10. Prohibited Items: We do not carry fragile items, hazardous materials, liquids, or batteries.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

the courier collected the item and said would be deliverd next day but four days later it still hadnt arived i contacted them several times and they promised but no delivery and as i was going away i asked them to change address to my place of work i went away expecting it to be in work on my return lol 14 days later i recived a phone call off UPS (who i hadnt employed) to say that they had my parcel but no one was in work (saturday) so i went and met them ive sent orignal courier (atif) another email but still no responce if you require a profesional reliable service dont use this courier |
