About Me
Since 2007, I’ve provided fast, friendly, and reliable removals across the UK and Europe. I personally handle every job using a clean Mercedes Sprinter Max van, with care taken to secure and protect all items in transit. No job is too small, and each move is treated individually — no fixed rates or hidden fees.
Important Info:
● Service Type: One-man van service — assistance may be required for heavy or large items.
● Coverage: UK-wide and all of Europe.
● Handling: I use protective blankets for delicate items and securely tie everything inside the van.
● Delivery Scope: Door-to-door, ground-floor to ground-floor. If you need help carrying items further, please ask before booking.
● Packaging: All fragile and valuable items must be properly packed. I’m not responsible for damage to unpacked or poorly packed goods.
● Insurance: Antiques and poorly packed furniture are not covered — separate cover must be arranged.
● Inventory Changes: Prices are based on your listed inventory. Please inform me of any changes — extra charges may apply.
● Availability: Always ask about availability before accepting a quote.
● T&Cs: Full terms available on request.

We were told customs, insurance etc was included, so was not happy to be asked for backhanders that were paid Tmarcel Dear Carol, first of all, there was no such information in your offer description. Secondly, you discussed this with someone at the office, not me. You didn't ask about it in the conversation before accepting my offer. Thirdly, there were three hours between your offer confirmation and customs clearance, so I had to pay the agency for express customs clearance – I told you this during loading. Fourthly, in the end, you didn't pay a single pound extra. And even though my service is ground floor to ground floor, I carried everything myself to your apartment in Prague for free, so I don't understand your comment. Best regards, Piotr. |
