Based in Devon we provide a collection and delivery service for businesses and individuals throughout the UK.

We look to provide our customers with a professional, prompt and courteous collection and delivery service at a competitive rate. Prices quoted are calculated by taking into consideration travel distance, item size and location.

We will look after the items that we are entrusted to deliver as if they were our own. You are recommended to protect your items with appropriate packaging (see advice below) however we will also protect your items in transit with quilted blanket covers and by fastening them securely inside the delivery vehicle.

Fragile goods will be carried separate to any other items in the delivery vehicle.

You are welcome to contact us at anytime regarding your delivery through the bidding site’s email/messaging service and once your delivery is confirmed by contacting us direct by phone, text or email. We will also keep you updated on the progress of your items via phone, text or email during the delivery.

Payment terms are cash on delivery or collection, BACS payment on agreement before your job is completed or by PayPal

Insurance. Goods In Transit Insurance. £20,000.

Packaging Advice.

Always use strong, good-quality boxes and/or packaging materials.

Pack items in the centre of a good quality, appropriately sized box with plenty of cushioning to stop any movement during transit. Use bubble wrap, shreds, packaging chips, even old newspapers.
Fragile items should be well cushioned from the sides and particularly at the bottom of the boxes. Label boxes as fragile and include ‘arrow up‘ stickers.
Use strong packaging tape or a strapping machine to secure parcels making sure all flaps are securely fastened.
