**General Terms & Conditions: **
1. All quotes are based on the information provided in your Anyvan advert.
2. Our bids/quotes are subject to VAT @ 20%.
3. Extra charges will apply if customers do not mention the number of drops, weight, access issues, waiting times, etc.
4. Any cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the quote, and 100% within 24 hours.

**Payment Options: **
We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit Cards. Sorry, no cheques.
Customers must arrange to pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion or other arrangements if agreed in advance.

**Insurance Terms & Conditions: **
1. No responsibility will be taken for goods/items packed in poor quality boxes, bin liners, shopping bags, or laundry bags.
2. Only material property up to a value of £100,000 that has been damaged during transit will be insured, excluding jewellery, watches, precious metals, stones, deeds, bonds, bills of exchange, manuscripts, and other documents.
3. If there is reasonable doubt that damage occurred before collection, no damages/costs or expenses will be paid (customers must allow us to check items and take photographic evidence for insurance purposes).
4. Insurance can only be claimed by us when full payment for the delivery service has been received.
5. Our insurance does not cover livestock, so please ensure you have your own insurance to transport them.

Brilliant job, completed within 2 hours late in the evening. Sami is a really lovely man, helped load and unload the van and had the move finished much quicker than we thought.
