Owen let us down massively. He had a sinkhole appear in his road, absolutely true, but he didn't let us know until 10pm that evening. Our entire live's belongings were stacked in our hall waiting to be moved and no-one turned up. I don't accept that a phone call / text or email couldn't have been made very early to let us know the situation. |

An absolute let down. This driver (Owen Alleyne) did not turn up, as if it is not enough he did not even had the courtesy to call or return my 15 calls to say that he cannot make it. I have felt helpless. I was all packed and ready to leave. I started calling other companies but it was a very short notice for most of them except for one. I will never use this service again if they cannot sign up with trusted traders. Disgraceful. I now need to find out how to get my deposit back. |
