Terms and Conditions:
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £40 per 1 hour will be charged.
We offer 2 men for every quote, but a 3rd can be provided if requested.
It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, if dismantling and assembling is needed then extra charges will apply.
Parking, Congestion Charge and Tolls are not included in offers (Unless otherwise stated).
Please ALWAYS advise us what floors both properties are on as this will enable us to provide the right quote. If this isn't done there will be extra charge.
Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
Pursuant to Goods In Transit insurance, the Customer must provide a full list of the transported goods along with their estimated value and additional information that may be significant for their transport.
WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OCCURRING DUE TO POORLY PACKED OR UNPACKED FURNITURE OR ANY OTHER BELONGINGS. Hence, all the items should be packed prior to pick-up.
Any damage claims that may arise after signing off the delivery note will not be taken into consideration. Therefore, you must inspect your goods upon arrival.
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
Please confirm the date and time with us before accepting our quote to ensure that your requested date/time slot is still available. We will try to be flexible and do our best to accommodate your needs.
Any cancellations occurring in less than 48 hours prior to pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
