Transport regulations:
Please make yourself aware of some key terms of our service:

Please ensure your goods are packaged properly, including wrapping up furniture in blankets/bubble wrap/foil and using boxes where possible. Although we will make reasonable efforts to secure your goods on the van, our insurance policy will not cover your goods if any damage occurs to inappropriately packaged goods.

Full payment for transport must be made via a bank transfer and cleared before collection date , at the latest when the vehicle arrives for unloading.

Alternatively, we do accept payment in cash or 50/50 cach - bank transfer

Please check the capacity and weight we offer. Although we do our best to estimate the weight and capacity as accurately as possible, should the weight of your goods be higher than the one agreed or should you have more goods that will not fit onto the van We reserve the right not to take more items or if we have to take the entire load, we provide a second vehicle to take the remaining items, it will be an additional service, additionally payable, of course agreed with you in advance.

Any cancellations occurring in less than 48 hours prior to pick-up will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please note antiques are not covered and customers will have to arrange separate insurance.
