Very hardworking, took wardrobes downstairs in collection address and upstairs in delivery address, also carried sofas upstairs. However, very difficult to get confirmation of time estimate for collection - Sam should invest in smartphone so he can reply to e-mails when not near computer....Also, not too careful with furniture. A good few scratches to furniture, walls and banisters.
