Stay clear no matter what!!! All I got was excuse after excuse he even told me he was afraid to uplift item as he was thought lady who owned it had a lot of problems and had burdened him with this over phone, then his son was Ill, then his van had problems. Nice man but not in control of fhis business,sorry but I'll have to rearrange.
