PLEASE NOTE:
If the pickup/delivery and date/time was stated as "flexible" on your job description it is then upto our discretion to give you a specific pickup/delivery date & time. However there will be an extra charge in the situation where, after you have accepted our bid, you change your mind and want a more specific time and date. Please ask us for availability regarding time and date before accepting our bid.
Parking:
You the customer will be responsible to inform us prior to accepting our bid if there is parking available directly outside the property.
WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE:
We will provide 1 or 2 men (depending on your requirements) and a large van. If you require more men please do let us know before you accept our bid. Our vans are equipped with blankets, straps, trollies and all sorts of dismantling /reassembling tools.
We also provide dismantling/ reassembling and packaging service at an additional cost. We sell good quality packaging material which can be delivered to you before your move date.
ABOUT US:
We are a professional "Man & A Van" company based in London. All our staff are experienced and have various handy-man skills which enable us to undertake even the most difficult of jobs. Whether it be a over sized sofa that needs moving or dismantling of a piece of furniture with specialist tools, we always have the can-do attitude. We rely on customer referrals for our business growth and therefore we believe in placing customer service first.
NB: We understand that it's not always possible to predict the exact amount of boxes or bags you will have on the day your moving. However please try to be as accurate as possible in providing a list of other items to be moved. Such as sofas, beds, wardrobes, white goods, etc. There maybe an extra charge on items which are unreasonably far more than the list of items originally stated on Anyvan's website.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

It is a moving company whom the man providing moving services dislike moving! 3lephant We have never been treated with such disrespect and manipulaton. An awful removal job experience. 1. On the phone you told us that there was parking outside the property where cars were parked all the time and in response we said that's fine we'll sort something out. On arrival to your address we discovered that there is no parking anywhere near the property, as there were DOUBLE YELLOW lines all over the area. Anyways the parking you were referring to firstly had parking time restrictions and secondly was nowhere near the flat (which didn't really matter as we could not even park there in the first place) 2. You said that "we had to provide full moving services ourselves". Which is completely false as we carried 85% of the items from the 3rd floor all the way to the van which was parked all the way to the back of the block. 3. On our arrival you reluntctantly agreed to pay us £45 extra but as a gesture of goodwill (even after all we had been through) we only charged you an extra £20 instead of £45. 4. You completely refused to even acknowledge we worked extremely hard and that you had given a wrong description of the job. As there were a lot more items than you had originally outlined. 5. Lack of respect to the customer and fellow worker....?? It was your partner who was speaking in a derogatory and condescending manner. |
