The provider did a great job. I have a comment on the AnyVan website booking & paying process. The cost of the provider's service was 150 GBP. After I confirmed my booking, I payed online 40 GBP, so I thought I owed only 110 GBP to the provider. On the day of the delivery the provider clarified that I had to pay him 150 GBP and that the 40 GBP was an extra cost payed to the AnyVan website for putting clients in touch with providers. This should be made clearer on the website to avoid misunderstandings. I hadn't realized that I would pay extra for the use of the website, when I made the booking. Thank you. |
