Good service but left a few items at the old place during the move. I was promised that they will be picked up and a delivery will be arranged : this was almost 10 months back. Still haven't heard from them. |

This company accepted the work for a specific date and then let me down despite my offering alternative dates. Gwamba55 Had such a hard time dealing with this customer. William accepted our bid without speaking to us. Subsequently one of our jobs rescheduled on us which meant we were unable to transport this car bonnet and bumper on his required date. Attempted to rearrange with William however he was totally uncooperative. In addition to this he left bad feedback on our profile even after we explained it was unfesable for us embark on a 600 mile round trip journey for £247. This would make it unprofitable and leave us with a short fall of around £467 in expenses. We believe Williams feedback is not an accurate representation of the incident which took place or a true reflection of how we deal with customers on a day to day basis. We hope to never deal with a customer like William again as he has ruined our previously untarnished profile. |

Where do I start. Just let me say you will not be disappointed in these very nice hard working people. I would consider them to everyone who wants a competitive quote from friendly hard working no messing about company. They filled the van on a very wet rainy day and didn't stop till job was done. They brought my furniture over from worchester to dublin for a price I could not say no to. Excellent in every way. Highly recommend to everyone. |
