This was a really smooth transaction. Antonio was reasonably priced and very flexible in terms of pick up time and some additional boxes we needed to add. He loaded all our items and drove them to our house in Italy liaising with our neighbour there re delivery time. He kept us informed by text as to progress. We haven't been back to Italy yet to see the parcels but we understand it was all delivered ok. All being well we would use Antonio again. |

This was the 1st time I ever used a transport site like this so was a bit apprehensive. I had no need to be though as every step went very smoothly from the very beginning Roberto provided me with an extremely competitive quote which I was pleased to accept. Great communication skills keeping me updated and also keeping my daughter at the other end informed. Roberto was a friendly efficient and professional guy and I would not hesitate to use him again, or to recommend to anybody considering using his services. |

The drivers arrived 3 days before our agreed day and we had great difficulty to arrange for someone to open the house for this unscheduled collection. When the van arrived at the destination 3 pieces of furniture were broken and damaged and the beds really dirty. They had not even been covered with blankets or anything to protect them. The drivers blamed the Swiss customs who examined all the pieces in the van when crossing the border. No one did however inform me that the transporters intended to drive from Italy to Germany via Switzerland in which case I would not have chosen this company. LAMILLE Dear customer, i show to your husband the swiss document! But, what i have to say...the bed was in a country house and was already dirty. If i make little dirty, sorry is a long trip and sometimes happen.. is a van! i didn t broke any furniture! Next time pls choose UPS so you pay 3000 pounds for a full van...king regards |

Zwei freundliche Männer haben unkompliziert die Ware abgeholt. Mit der Zeit wird sicher mehr Professionalität eintreten. Es wurde versucht, eine Lösung bei der Zustellung in Italien zu finden. Es ist notwendig, vorher einen Zeitrahmen abzusprechen. Die Ware wurde gut gesichert abgeliefert. |
