About Me
We are new to the any van site but we have 5 years of experience in this field. Our aim is to give our customers committed and a reliable service all day all week. All of our team members are well trained and very experienced in the business. We care for the customers so we make sure that all your belongings are in safe and sound. There are no hidden costs from us it will be the final price after you pay the website charge.
Terms and conditions
• we charge for the inventory list that you have provided, anything additional from that will be charged.
• Arrival time on any job is estimated. We will do our best to be on time, but there might be delays caused by circumstances out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for any customer loses due to out of our control delays.
• Conjunction charges, parking charges, ferry charges are additional costs they are not included in the price.
• If any delay is caused by the customer (e.g. everything isn't packed, waiting for keys, incorrect address,) we reserve the right to add an extra cost to the final bill.
• It's the customers responsibility to provide parking (reserve a space for the van outside of property before our arrival, arrange a suspension, permit where necessary with local council) If there is no pre-arranged parking and our van receives a ticket, it will be the customers responsibility to pay the fine to the driver at the end of job.
• It's the customer’s responsibility to pack everything properly. We do not accept responsibility for damage or breakage caused by poor packing.
•After we finished the job we will have no responsibility towards any lost, damaged items.
• All furniture and electrical items must be disassembled and disconnected prior to collection as this is not covered in our bids. If you need dissemble, assemble services inform us before accepting our bid, additional charges will be included.
• Unless stated we assume all collections, deliveries are ground floor.
• If there are any difficulties when accessing the property inform us before accepting our bid.
Contact us to check and confirm our availability before accept our bid.
• All payments must be made in cash upon job completion.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

I needed assistance quickly and the bid came very quickly. The guy was on time, helpful and polite and helped dismantle a soda we couldn't get out. Job was done quickly and hassle free. Was very grateful. |

awful.we were told he would be here by 3pm as we had to be at our destination at a certain time.he then called us at 3pm to say he would not be there for another hour and a half. we have therefore had to cancel our moving date and lost our deposit money which we would like back. LONDONEX our driver was late because of the traffic thre is nothing we can do about it the deposit money means anyvan charge you can contact anyvan and get your money back if you are not living in another planet then you have to understand the problems and traffic in London city ,good luck. |
