1030 - 1830 ( 7 Days a week )
We are unable to answer calls outside these hours. If you have any queries please email us

Terms & Conditions
- All cancellations and no shows are subject to £25 surcharge ( exc. deposit ) We add £1 interest per day if not paid within 24 hours of cancelling / no show.
- When Job Post says " Flexible " or " Anytime " Customer can not pick a time for collection unless It is agreed by us in advance
- We do not take any responsibility for the goods purchased on ebay or gumtree since the sale condition is "collection in person " .
- We will not be responsible IF correct dimensions are not given and items does not fit in the van. You will still be liable for the full payment.
- We must be informed in advance as to How many flight of stairs there are, If the collection/delivery is in a council estate, If parking is an issue etc
You will incur £10 additional charge for not informing us.
- If we receive a parking fine when delivering your items because no parking was provided, It will be your responsibility to pay the charges.
- We will always quote for ONE MAN jobs. In the case that You need TWO MAN please do not book until you message us.
- All quotes are for Ground Floor to Ground Floor. We will add £5 for each flight of stairs.
- Some customers insist that They have already paid in Full to Any Van and They refuse to pay us at the end of the job. Only the deposit can be paid to Any Van and remaining amount must be paid to us in Cash.
- All quotes are for 90 minute Job time only. After that We charge £10 extra for every half hour spent.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Please stay away from this service provider if you really want your job done. They simply don't do the job. Here are the points that i want to raise against this provider: UK2015 Lying cheap skate customer who gets a divan bed from free cycle begs me for hours to get the job done for 15 quit and then expects one man to bring a king size bed down 2 flight stairs. Kept harassing me for hours and called over 10 times at midnight after booking. Do not accept a job from him and make sure you get paid in advance. |

UK2015 left me waiting. Never showed up and never called or answered his Tesco mobile, never even sent an sms. I was so unlucky with my pick, don?t understand how can this guy have such a good rating unless he gave his profile (or just a job) to somebody else. UK2015 Unfortunately You can not please everyone. Human nature loves complaining but hardly honor when something good happens. Ce la vie |
