once I had accepted his job it was hard to get in touch with the company I therefore had to look for a different company to help me. I WOULD NOT RECOGNISE OR REFER THEM TO ANY ONEI KNOW DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY VanJan (16) replied: This is not exactly true. Customer had accepted the job at 1:57am 13th of August, and wanted me to complete the job same day between 9am and 12pm. I had other commitments next day but because he booked me in the middle of the night I couldn't tell him this. I was a sleep I'm afraid. I rang him next day and told him that the earliest I can do his job is 4pm but it was too late for him. He said he arrange someone else to do it. Sorry but booking someone in the night, giving him 7 hours to start the job is not exactly fair. |

I am leaving a very negative feedback for this bidder. They bid for the work and then were unresponsive in my contact and then after I accepted the bid for the job they refused to completed the work. I am now minus the deposit and because of the refusal to complete the arranged contract I am now also out of pocket by a further £37 for extra storage charges. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH VANJAN DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE VanJan (16) replied: Hi, I spoke to the customer on 5th of July and told him that I can't do any job at the weekend cause I'm busy. I have contact ANYVAN and they said that they will re-post his job back on Anyvan website again for him. Customer was fully aware that I can't do this job. I don't know why he didn't book someone else. |
