We are a family owned professional removals company with a proven track record, specialising in international relocations, antiques and art. We offer dealer maintained, insured, water-tight, Mercedes vans, protective blankets, bubble wrap, straps etc.. and always a great attitude.
With depots both in South Central France (l'Aude) and South Eastern England (Surrey) we travel regularly UK - France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland.
With many international moves under our belt we have achieved an enviable level of customer satisfaction with 100% positive, 100% reliable customer reviews.

Note: we do not offer credit terms and all jobs are payable in full prior to delivery (BACS) or COD. All quotes exclude customs documentation/agent fees (unless stipulated). Full T&C's are available upon request.
A cancelation fee of 50% of the total will be charged should the job be cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified

There is no need to swear at customers. Wilover Thank you for your feedback. I can only apologise. I am aware the driver's regrettable “toilet” words were not directed at you personally but expressed in frustration after having vociferous, unjustifiable, and may I add unfounded accusations levelled against him. Why? THE FRONT TYRE OF YOUR BICYCLE WAS FLAT. The same driver noted it was “soft” when he collected in Uzes SIX WEEKS PRIOR. Fair to assume then it had picked up a slow puncture when you were riding it around which he tried to explain. I am aware he offered and immediately transported the bike to the town repair shop which was unfortunately closed due to a family bereavement. As your apartment was nearby he then took it there on your request as you said it would be easy to take it in the next day. I note you gave him a tip the same day for his excellent service. I truly & 100% regret any offence caused. I also regret the cursory and misleading tone of the one line review of our business that has been running at an exceptional 100% satisfaction level for more than 13 years without first explanation of the TRUE FACTS. It is an exceptional achievement we can maintain and make a living as a small business owner in this present climate and even harder when an issue this petty is exacerbated in an attempt to distract from all the excellent work we have done, and continue to do with all our clients now & in the future. |
