We are a family-run firm that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and have a great reputation with our customers.
Our focus is to make your move as stress-free as possible, and our experienced team of drivers can come to you with either one or two men, depending on your needs.
We do jobs in the London area in our clean LWB Panel vans.
We have Terms and Conditions that must be adhered to, which includes the following:
-If you have more items than stated on your listing, extra charges may be incurred.
-If you provide a different collection or delivery address than on your listing, extra charges may be incurred.
-If a job is cancelled or postponed on short notice (72 hours before the arranged time), a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
-If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either the collection or delivery address, a waiting charge of £25 per 30 minutes will be charged.
-We do not take responsibility for any damage to IKEA furniture when reassembling.
-In the event of traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, or staff illness, a job may need to be rescheduled.
-If more than one man is needed for the job, please inform us before accepting the quote.
-If floor level is not stated, extra charges might be incurred.
-It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any item purchased will fit into their home or place of work.
-It is also the customer's responsibility to make sure there is enough space for our removal vans to park, and any parking fines will have to be paid by the customer.
-Payment terms: Cash on job completion or bank transfer prior to job completion.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
