TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Arrival time is an estimate. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic/weather etc. We will endeavour to keep you informed. We do not accept responsibility for any customer losses incurred due to such circumstances.
We will carry items up and down stairs/deliver to a room of your choice/provide additional men if required for an additional cost. Please make it clear in advance if required.
We reserve the right to charge for stopping at different locations to collect and/or deliver items.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to:-
• Properly wrap/box their items. We do not accept responsibility for any damage/breakages caused by customer's poor packing. Recommended box weight: 30Kg Max
• Fully dismantle furniture/ beds/systems/etc. in advance unless a full dismantling/packing service has been negotiated and agreed. It’s the customer's responsibility to keep safe any screws/fixtures etc. We do not accept responsibility for any missing fixtures/fittings.
• Ensure carpets/ floors/wallpaper/etc. are adequately protected prior to our arrival. We do not take any responsibility for any damages incurred to decoration/flooring/etc. due to inadequate or lack of protection.
• Provide parking/parking permits if applicable. If we receive a fine, customer’s must reimburse the driver by the end of the job.
• Ensure that items will fit in the new premises. We aren’t covered by our insurance for removing doors, etc.
Our insurance only covers items in transit, please make sure you have appropriate insurance to cover your move. We do not accept any responsibility for damaged and/or lost property after a job has been finished and payment received.
Any delays caused by the customer will incur an additional charge of £10 per 15 minutes waiting time.
If you wish to cancel/rearrange the date or time, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total quote subject to a minimum charge £35.
Full payment must be made in cash upon completion of your job. Any other payment must be agreed in advance and funds need to clear at least 7 days before your job is completed.
We will not tolerate abuse directed to our staff. If a driver is forced to terminate a job, the customer will still be fully charged

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

They accepted our request at 9pm, in the morning they inform us that they do not have vans, rather one small car. However, they were respectful, and offered to bring another car so that they would fit our boxes. The real problem was this website, who's policy is to take the deposit despite the fact that we ended up not being able to use the service we employed the website for, due to no fault of ours. BE CAREFUL THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE YOU AGREED UPON WILL BE DELIVERED. |

True gentlemen. Polite, courteous, and very hard-working. They quietly and calmly responded to any little request we had, and where I had not specified something, they very politely offered a discounted rate to do the extra work, which I obliged, because it is fair. I forgot to tell them that my bed needed to be dismantled and then re-assembled, and they were very fair in how they handled this, charging only a small extra amount. Both gentlemen were very pleasant to work with, very hard-working, and were simply a pleasure to outsource this job too, and something I would never hesitate to do again. Exceptional value as well. |
