We are a trustworthy, experienced and reliable light haulage / removal company based in Edgworth, Bolton, Lancashire and Skipton, North Yorkshire. We aim to provide a great service and our staff, who wear uniforms will be polite and professional. We have all the necessary equipment to protect your goods in transit and are fully insured. Terms and Conditions
1) Please check our availability on your chosen date and time before you accept our quote
2) We reserve the right to withdraw from the booking if the circumstances have been seriously misrepresented e.g. quantity of items to be moved, a few extra items will not be a problem.
3) Please provide an estimated value of the property being moved.
4) Please make sure there is adequate parking for the job.
5) Please inform us prior to the job of any potential difficulties that might affect the job e.g. flights of stairs, doorways / corridors that will make it difficult to move in or out the items in question.
6) We are not insured to assemble / dismantle furniture.
7) In the event of loss or damage to any article forming part of a pair or set We shall not be liable for more than the value of the particular part or parts which may be lost or damaged without reference to any special value which such part or parts may have as forming a pair or set but in any event not exceeding a proportionate part of the sum insured in respect of the pair or set.
8) Items packed by the customer are not covered by the insurers.
9) We can not carry Jewellery, watches, precious stones, money, deeds, securities, stamps, coins, keys, prohibited or stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material, potentially dangerous items, including gas bottles, aerosols, paints, firearms and ammunition.
10) Please disclose any goods over the value of £500 (insurer's request)
11) In the event of our negligence or breach of contract resulting in loss or damage to your goods, any claim need to be reported and signed with our team on the same day of delivery. Please check your goods before we leave.
