We are a small, family run business based in SE London/Kent borders. We specialise in furniture/package deliveries, house clearance and auctioned items pickups. We have been operating for over 5years but recently registered with Anyvan.

Our vehicles are fully insured for Rewards and Hire (applicable for this type of business), with adequate Goods In Transit cover. We are pleased to say we have never had a reason to claim on either policy. We treat your items with the highest level of care because we want your business and referals in future.

Our quotes are for MAN and VAN service. it helps keep the quote down if u assist with moving the bulky/heavier items. We have trolleys/dollies that move majority of things, so your assistance only comes in as a last resort. Please INDICATE if you need additional porter, if unable to assist.

Where the loading/loading requires entry into the Congestion Charge zone in London, we don't charge extra later. This is already built into your quote, along with any toll charges in mainland Britain.

We would expect our customers to ensure we have parking access/right of way, for our vehicles to the loading and unloading locations. If this is not the case, please inform us before accepting our bid.

We do not charge additional waiting time for the first 15mins after arriving at the loading/pickup/delivery location. However, if the items are not available after waiting for 15 min, we reserve the right to charge an addional £20 for each hour (or part thereoff). This equally applies to any delay in delivering, at the drop off location.

If the customer wishes to travel with the vehicle as a passenger, please kindly inform us in advance as porters may occupy the (limited) passenger seat(s) on the vehicle.

We have rachet straps, blankets etc on our vehicles to keep your items safe and secured in transit but we urge customers to be mindful that there would be movement during transit. As such, we urge you to pack items, particularly fragile items with great care, using bubble wraps, foams and other appropriate items. Please inform the driver if extremely fragile items are packed in boxes/cases, he may prioritise their loading positions on the vehicle.
