Best1uk were excellent, despite having not been given important information about the job by AnyVan. If you are considering using AnyVan MAKE SURE they have told the bidding drivers all relevant details of the job because they usually fail to tell them and appear to only be interested in pocketing their commission not in making sure all parties are fully informed. This is unfair on the drivers and potentially causes conflict between customer and operator when they meet. Best1UK were very reasonable when faced with a job not as described to them and got on with the necessary work in a cooperative and friendly manner. I volunteered to pay them an additional amount for the work over and above what they had been made aware of by AnyVan as they appeared to be genuinely out of pocket as a result and were prepared to get on with it anyway. |

I was particularly pleased with Best1uk who did a job for me this morning. They arrived on time and were very professional. I had one 3 seater settee which I was concerned about as it was rather large for the door space. I did not think it was going to go through the space but they tried all ways and eventually succeeded. They were very pleasant and cheerful and I can't thank them enough for the great job that they did for me. |
