We are a professional company currently operating Monday to Saturday. Our crew consists of highly experienced members of staff who are recommended and accredited by AnyVan.
We take great care of personal belongings when loading, transporting and unloading, allowing you to trust our services when you need them most. Our hassle-free removals have resulted in a high demand for our services, which we constantly strive to improve in order to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction rate.
Please take a moment to read through our working terms below:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. If you have more items than what is stated on your listing, extra charges may be incurred (1-2 additional small boxes or items are allowed).
2. It is your responsibility to check that any item you have bought for your home or place of work will fit through the entrance as dismantling and assembling services are charged as an additional order.
3. Please make sure you contact us before accepting the bid to ensure that we are still available to take on the job.
4. Payment must be made in cash on collection or after delivery.
6. We are not providing packing services or boxes.
7. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances but we will update you.
8. We do not take passengers.
9. We only transport Upright Pianos from ground floor to ground floor.
10. Make sure you describe your items correctly, and state whether you need one person or more as we do not provide trolley for lifting heavy items. Incorrectly descriptions may result on the job not being done and a small charge may still apply to cover time wastage and fuel expenses.
11. We will we endeavor to make sure that your transfer is smother as possible, by taking an extra care to your goods and properties, and where possible we will advise in advance any likelihood damage that may happen during the lifting of the goods, but we do not accept any responsibility such as damage to the goods or other third party properties.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
