* Collections and deliveries undertaken throughout the U.K, no 3rd party sub contracted/ parcel service, all collections and deliveries handled by myself., from collection to delivery.
* Flexible collection,delivery times early morning to late at night to accommodate customer requirements and work schedules, convenient times/days to be feasible to all parties. Please be as accurate as possible in your listing, if listed as flexible collection/delivery then this is what it means, I will always try to accommodate a job at short notice. The site gives you an option of timeframes but you can also use the site message service to ask about availability before accepting a bid. All parties will be contacted 24hrs prior to arrange collection/delivery with an 2hr ETA, unless otherwise already discussed and arranged.
Please be aware that issues do arise, traffic, weather, vehicle.
* All items will be blanketed/proctected and tied securely into van. Luton box van with tail-lift, sack/furniture trolley. 1 man, assistance at times may be required by seller/buyer, not all jobs require 2.
* Payment terms are cash on delivery or collection, BACS payment on agreement before your job is completed
* All contact details will be exchanged once a bid is accepted.
* Please feel free to ask any questions through initial message service on Anyvan and once your job is confirmed you will have my contact details and can reach me by telephoning(easiest contact, preferred), text
or send an email to my business email address with any queries regards your collection/delivery, as the site's msg service is not secure for personal details, If no answer it's because I'm loading/unloading and will get back to you asap. All of these details will appear on the jobsheet you fill out with the FULL CONTACT collection/delivery details.

Carl provided a very good service picking up my son's things from university and delivering them home a couple of days later. He carried the boxes down stairs from the maisonette and offered to take them upstairs at home. He was cheerful and helpful and good value for money. He wasn't the cheapest but the correspondence I exchanged before booking made him the best value for the service provided and his feedback and number of jobs was excellent |
