These are the answers to the most frequent questions my customers have:

Payment can be made using the form attached to my profile. Any questions, give me a call.

Should you decide to travel with the goods, you are not covered in case an accident happens.
2.
Damages / irregularities / problems to the goods to be carried must be disclosed before the driver arrives. Failure to do so will invalidate your insurance.
3.
All flights of stairs occurring on goods’ journey to / from the car are to be mentioned before the booking is made. Failure to do so might cause a service fee increase.
Parking restrictions, toll roads, congestion charges are to be added to the service fee, unless agreed otherwise in advance. You are expected to have researched the basic restrictions / road travel fees to / from your abode and communicate them to the driver. Communicating these or the address inaccurately might cause a service fee increase.
5.
Prepare the goods as well as you can for the journey. Unless agreed otherwise, the goods are expected to be dismantled, packed securely and ready for collection in a space that can be accessed by the driver safely. Failure to do so might cause a service fee increase.
6.
Book as early as you can -planning in advance always works in your favour and will help both us and you complete the operation smoothly, stress free.
7.
Should there be delays, the driver will let you know as soon as they know.
8.

Always allow extra time for your operation -traffic, people, weather are all unpredictable.
