We Are family run company based in Malmesbury (Glos/Wiltshire border).
We provide excellent level of customer service and we do our best to meet customers requirements and expectations.
We provide friendly and reliable removal service.
We use Luton van with tail lift(20 cubic meters) and panel van(17 cubic meters). Vans are always clean inside equipped with protective blankets, straps, sack track etc.
95% deliveries are on time but in case of any delay or traffic issue you are informed accordingly to avoid inconveniencing you at any time.
We are insured for Hire and Reward and Goods in Transit up to £30000 and up to £1000000 Public Liability Insurance.

T&C:
1. Please check our availability before accepting our quote.
2. Our bid is based on ground floor to ground floor and on easy access to property if no informations provided by customer.
3. All items must be pre-packed and ready to load before we arrive.
4. If you require moving American Fridge or similar size/weight item – please let us know before accepting our bid.
5. We do not move pianos.
6. Once our staff left your premises we will not be liable for any damages or lost.
7. It is customers responsibility to arrange parking permits or any parking payments.
8. If no informations provided in our bid about numbers of trips – one trip in price.
9. Please make sure your inventory list is at 95% appropriate.
10. We have rights to change our t&c at any time.
11. We have right to cancellation the job in case of breakdown of our vehicle, accident, etc. In that case we can offer another date to complete job or can help with finding another company who can do it on a date agreed.
12. If job is cancelled because of customer - he should pay 50% of amount.
13. First 30 mins waiting is free, then we charge £15/30 mins.
14. Payments.
We accept:
*cash,
*Paypal (additional charge of 3% to all paypal payments),
*Bank Transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer or paypal we should have clear funds before we deliver.
15. Verbal or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. If the driver is forced to leave the job because of abuse from the customer, verbal or otherwise, the customer will still be liable to pay in full.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
