It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that parking is provided before arrival; if a parking ticket is issued whilst undertaking the customer's job it will be the customer's responsibility to pay the fine
YOU** as the customer are booking a man plus van service delivering an item door to door, ground floor to ground floor only.
(if help is required lifting things upstairs in flats etc,this must be told at time of booking and may involve a further charge.
Please be aware that the deposit that you pay once you have accepted a bid goes directly to anyvan as commission and not to the courier, but the deposit you pay is deducted off the final bid price you accept.
