About Me
As well as being 2 light haulage businesses working together we are also 2 good friends who cover the UK. As well as the 3 vans between us we have access to other hauliers for when things get slightly busy. We never use overnight parcel delivery companies.
Bid is for 1 man & van and is a *10 working day collection and delivery service. For postcodes starting with bs-dt-ba-sp-bh-po-so-bn-gu-rh-tn-ct-me-ts-ne-ca-la and some sn-rg-da please allow up to *15 working days. Please allow 20 working days for Scotland, Wales, Devon & Cornwall. We give 1-3 days notice as well as an AM or PM window.
Goods are fully insured and are blanket wrapped and strapped to avoid possible damage.
Office hours are 9am - 5pm & Mon - Fri only, best form of contact is via email or text. We can only accept emails or texts outside of office hours and we will reply to them at our earliest opportunity.
We do require a small *deposit via Paypal so you will receive a welcome email from us once bid accepted. Instructions on how to pay will be included. Please note until our *deposit is paid we cannot put the job on our routes. Deposit is nonrefundable if you decide to cancel job.
*Collection and delivery days and times are to suit our routes and so failure to grant requests for collections and deliveries may result in a longer delivery period. They are ground floor to ground floor only. The working day promise starts from the day after the deposit is paid. If you don't agree with these terms then please don't accept our bid.
