*Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
*Collection and Delivery times would ideally be as requested any unexpected delays will be updated to our customer before hand. Otherwise delivery will be from 07.00am up to 22.00pm.
*We will cover your goods with blankets and straps to prevent any unpredictable damage during transportation .
! The Service we offer is normally for one man and a vehicle (please advise beforehand if 2 men would be needed, so we arrange accordingly), with collection & delivery performed at ground floor level only or in to and out of buildings if necessary of booking. If you require the driver to place/collect items in your home or carry upstairs/downstairs please state beforehand. (failure to do so may incur an extra charge)
*Assistance is required for lifting in and out of van with heavy or bulky items.
Quote Information:
1) Standard for flexible clients with non-urgent delivery, anytime collection and delivery for transport provider.
2) Urgent same day or next day delivery as agreed.
3) Collection and delivery on specific dates and time slots - as agreed. GOODS INSURANCE: free of charge on all items up to the value of GBP75. Higher cover can only be applicable on separate written agreement where the value of goods to be carried are unambiguously declared. (Basic cover excludes "BREAKABLES" Glass, Pottery, Slate, etc), Insurance will be void if items are not packaged or are deemed inadequately packaged. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24hrs OF JOB COMPLETION.
Payment terms:
- Cash on collection or delivery.
-Bank Transfer within 24 hours prior to job .
- Payment by PayPal (but plus 5% fee) -before delivery!
