GRS is owned and run by Jenny, Dave and Ben, we offer a friendly efficient service, priding ourselves on our quality reliable service.
When you accept a quote from us you get our personal mobile number to contact us direct, by phone, text or email which ever suits you best, we will go out of our way to fulfil your request.
We have bases in the North West of England and Pembrokeshire.
We do weekly round trips between the north west and south wales.
We currently run a Mercedes sprinter van, and are looking forward to taking delivery of our second van at the end of September in order to offer a more versatile service.
When our application for an O License is completed we will be able to offer a wider service of trailer, caravan, car and small plant movements.
We also offer a hazardous goods ADR service, please message us for details of what we can carry.
We centre our service on first class communication:
1. We will discuss a day for the job to be done as soon as the quote is accepted,
2. The day before we will give a window of time for the collection and delivery to be made,
3. On the day of the job we will confirm our ETA and if requested we can give you updates on the journey by phone or text message so you are not sat in all day wondering when we will arrive.
We are fully insured for every job we do including:
1. Hire and reward courier insurance
2. Goods in transit insurance upto £15,000 for any goods we carry including vehicles and motorbikes.
3. 3RD party liability insurance upto £2,000,000
All your goods are protected against damage and secured in our vehicles using the very best means available. You can be certain that we treat your goods as if they were our own.
