We can offer TEMP FREE storage for your item long term can be charged
we contact directly with seller and buyer to make all necessary arrangements.
We have full insurance and public liabilities. we can not be held responsible for items which aren't packed properly
The business prides itself on prompt collection and deliveries. All items are transported blanket wrapped and secured. However delicate items such as glass and painted items if not packed or wrapped we can not be held responsible we can wrap or pack at an additional charge. If bubble wrapping is not requested we cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit
Route plans are completed at the beginning of each week so customers will be advised on collection/delivery days.

Please note all collections-deliveries are made whilst in the area we will give notice to both collection-delivery
Any cancelled bookings are subject to a 15% charge of the full bid price with a minimum of £10.00.
When accepting our bid you are accepting the above terms and conditions which are binding.
*We offer low prices on flexible jobs allowing consolidation of collections and deliveries.
if we have quoted on your job it means we will be in the area very soon
*We are on the road most of the day and may take longer to reply to emails our Best method of contact is via call or text if we can't make contact collection-delivery will be postponed to the next available run to your area
Undeclared items at time of collection will be charged
Payment terms:
- Cash on collection or delivery
- Bank Transfer & PayPal within 24 hours prior to job - WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES
Extra requirements as AM-PM TIMED Collections-Deliveries these are specific requests that need to be agreed with us before job has been accepted, ANY ITEMS which may not be as described we reserve the right to change our price any questions regarding this please contact us
we can provide other services such as assembly or disassemble of furniture and other items
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

The job was a disaster! The bed was not collected or delivered at the agreed times. The bed was not wrapped and arrived dirty after storage. The job was to move a super king sized bed which in my view was inclusive of mattress but the company after loading decided the the mattress was not included. An agreement was reached about the cost but I never received any invoice so assumed I would after the job was completed that meant that my son in law was forced to pay for the bed in delivery and it was supposed to be a gift from us! |
