Collections are booked in advance and customers are provided with a two-three hour time slot for expected delivery. A thirty minute courtesy call can be given on the day if required. protective coverings are provided for items which may be marked easily during transit, this service is free. Please ensure items are well packaged prior to collection as items will have documents attached which may leave marks/scratches which we will not be held responsible for. Please note: If you cancel your collection after payment is made we can only return 50% of the fee you have paid to us. Providing incorrect contact details for collection and delivery addresses is very common, please ensure that we are provided with accurate details as any delay can lead to dissatisfied customers.
