Terms:
* ONE-MAN CREW, you need someone available both ends who can help lift larger items.
* Delivery SAME-DAY or next day. I cannot provide storage unless specifically arranged.
* If there is a deadline or significant time constraints, please check before accepting bid: if I can do it then I will, but it's best to check.
* I always try to give realistic timings. If you have specific requirements like evening delivery then if I know at the outset I will factor it in, but if I can't then it saves us both time to know that at the outset.
* I usually do one trip per week. Often there are a few collection and dropoff points so I will need some flexibility. If the job was listed as flexible I need a reasonable range of date options to allow me to accommodate other customer's parameters too.
* Most of these trips are just a few jobs, one or two outbound, one or two return, so your items travel with plenty of room, not piled under someone else's house removal. Anything delicate must be suitably boxed and labelled, anything of value over £100 notified. Possessions need to be already packed as I don't offer a packing service.
* Quotes are based on the information given: if the job is significantly different to the listing, price may increase. Eg more items or not actually flexible timewise so needs to be done as a dedicated trip. Rarely an issue, but please try to be very clear about what you want done, how, and when.
* AnyVan always shows me as logged in however this is on my smartphone so please be patient as I may be driving or out of range etc. I do answer every message.
* As you can see from my feedback I take care of the things I move: straps, cardboard or blankets as necessary. I use hire vans so they are new, clean, suitable, and have full fleet support.
