We provide a professional service for House Removal and House Clearances. We take pride in all work undertaken, we are starting how we mean to go on, a great customer service at an affordable price. We also provide quality strapping and sheeting to make sure any goods are protected during transit. Please try our services, you will not be disappointed.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Absolutely appalling - no communication at all despite me trying to get hold of them by message on here and by the phone number they gave me (which just kept going to answerphone) - phoned me this morning (from a different number !) full of attitude telling me AnyVan had made a mistake, ranted on at me for a bit then said "Go on leave me negative feedback I don't care" before hanging up on me. MY what a charmer ! Your parents must be so proud. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!! |

First, they came at a time I'd not specified; second, the communications about when they would come were contradictory - and then they came much later than either time; worst of all, they did not deliver, did not tell me, and I had to chase and make sure that they did. Absolutely everything about my delivery was wrong and it arrived at its destination 5 days later than promised! |

DO NOT USE, absolutely abysmal customer service, sketchy communications and completely unreliable- I ended up having to cancel, loosing my deposit and considerably delaying the transport due to them jerking me around. |

I don't think this was the drivers fault, he seemed to try and be helpful, but ultimately the person who this was supposed to be collected from took the day off, and I took the day off from work, and guess what the item was never collected as apparently an email was sent saying we would be out. This is a LIE, and ultimately it is a terrible service considering people have to take the time off work and expect not to be messed around. If they had been honest I wouldn't be so annoyed. I think the person at the office booking the jobs might be inexperienced so perhaps there is the problem. I have happily used anyvan for other couriers who were very professional- these guys are cowboys... AVOID! |
