TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) The quote you are given includes collection of the item and delivery to ground floor level only. Any work which requires the use of stairs is subject to a £15 labour charge.
2) Operating hours on any day are 6am - 10pm. By accepting a quote you agree to be available to receive your item within this time frame. At least 30 minutes notice will be provided before arrival.
3) Failure to be available within the above timeframe on the agreed day and/or to provide full & correct delivery details will incur storage charges of £15 per week. An 8th day/15th etc will start a new weekly charge.
3)Failure to be available within the above timeframe on the agreed day and to provide full delivery details for delivery will incur a redelivery charge of the original accepted quote price in addition to the original quote price, in addition to any storage charges as mentioned above.
4) All accepted quotes are required to be paid in full via bank transfer no later than 24 hours after the quote is accepted.
5) Any cancellations are subject to a 50% deduction of the accepted quote price.
We hope this provides you with clarity before you accept a quote with us. We are serious in providing excellent customer service and hope you appreciate we would like the same in return.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
