Terms and conditions:

1) IMPORTANT: We reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability.

2) A larger volume than originally advised will be subject of additional charges.

3) Parking is responsibility of the client. At time of arrival, any parking permits, meter tickets or the like must be made available to our team leader. Failing this any resulting tickets or the like will be chargeable to the custom account. We reserve the right to cancel the service, or hold belongings in lieu of payment.

4) We charge an additional GBP25 extra for each half hour of delay outside of our control. i.e. delays in receiving new property keys.

5) Dismantling and reassembly service is at extra charge, unless negotiated before job acceptance..

6) Packing service is 6GBP/box including all materials.

7) Additional charges for long carry may apply where our removal crew cannot park within 20metres of the delivery/collection point.

8) We reserve the right to take other jobs on board unless the initial job is an Exclusive One and the customer booked us only for his job.

9) We reserve the right to ask for 20%-50% of the price to be paid when a job is being cancelled within 3 working days by
Customer or Job Provider. 75% is chargeable if job is cancelled within 24 hours of the removal date.

11) All damages must be advised and noted on delivery paperwork otherwise insurers will not accept a claim.

12) We carry removals cover of upto GBP25,000 limited to GBP40 per item/set/box/package if FREE insurance is accepted. To increase your claim level to comprehensive cover for full replacement value then an additional fee will be chargeable. Claim excess of GBP50 applies.
