Hello.
We are a small family run courier and light road haulage company based just outside Glasgow, Scotland.
We made our name over the last near 20 years with light haulage transportation, office and house removals of which are completed to an extremely high standard with the customer always our focus. We always aim to be in touch with you every step of the way whether thats to update you on any potential problems such as traffic or even to check you are still available on the chosen times and dates.
Our vans are equipped with thick wool blankets, brand new ratchet straps and bungee cords to make sure your items are safe and secure.
By accepting our quote you accept our terms and conditions:
1. All our quotes are for one man and our suitable vehicle only unless you have specified other wise. if after our quote has been accepted and you feel there is a need for extra men, there will be a charge and this will be added on to the final balance on the day.
2. All our quotes will be considered ground floor to ground floor unless you specify otherwise. if we arrive and there is extra floors to negotiate we will charge 8 pounds per flight due to insurance reasons.
3. Please ensure there is adaquit parking inplace for us arriving. within 25 meters of your entrance, if not this will incur an extra charge. and parking charges will be added to the final balance.
4. if we arrive and there are more items to be moved that originally quoted then we will have to place an extra charge (we will allow 2-5 boxes depending on size free of charge).
5. Please confirm before accepting our quote about packing/dismantling as this will not be in our bid.
6. We cant be held responsible for delays such as traffic or weather.
7. We reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted in the booking.
8. Cancelations/changes made 48 hours before agreed date will be subject to 50% charge. 36 hours subject to 75% charge and on the day 100% charge.
9. We reserve the right to refuse any job/items on the day for various reasons which may be a misdescribed job, extra items not quoted for such as piano's & very large items.

Kyle Barr of KBSONS is a real hard worker. Our move had a number of difficulties which he tackled with vigour and got the job done. We chose him because his price was cheap but the service we got wasn't. He's a young man building a business and we're happy to recommend him. |
