About Me

We are a dedicated courier firm based in the Lancashire area. We cover the whole of the uk and Ireland. We operate two man teams on the van with a ramp for easy delivery of bikes. Our motto is "If it fits in the van..then we will deliver it"
We pride ourselves with keeping customers informed of their deliver and collections at all times, My van has a mobile on board and I can be reached. We will provide a professional approach and attitude towards all customers both business and private. I have been working as a courier for many years and we are fully covered on insurance and the knowledge of transporting peoples goods.
We can also provide a secure storage facility for any customers wanting to have a little extra time for their delivery, either short term or long term. Please ask for the costs of this, as it is not included in our bid price on this site.
Please remember we require full collection details and delivery details before we can proceed, once you have accepted our bid, confirmation by e-mail,text or phone call of this.

-	3 bed house, Sale to Manchester	Adamroxb 04/12/2017	BITTER SWEET BUT MUCH MORE BITTER THAN SWEET The van size was wholly underestimated. We took three trips and whilst the lads worked very hard and were very polite we had to pitch in to move nearly all the large items with them. We were still moving furniture at 11pm!! We had asked to be quoted for a packing service in addition to removal. Saw neither hide nor hair of that. When you pay for a service you should not be expecting to lift heavy items to help out. I mean,,seriously? There was a complaint from them as I had not mentioned that we would want our clothes moving. They were all bagged up ( azpart from the ones we had already taken or were in our own vehicles) but apparently they weren't expecting them as I had not mentioned them. Its true! I hadn't, but unless you are doing removals for a nudist colony (nice work if you can get it) you might want to assume that your customers ordinarily wear at least something to hide their modesty The final straw came when they could not dismantle the beds being without the correct spanners, God help us (at 10pm!!). There had been no request at any stage for me to do it. I would have done so happily and indeed found myself so doing the very next day having to dismantle and move them myself as left to the removal men they would still be there now. How can that be? You pay to have your furniture removed and end up doing it yourself.Remarkable. Also, having dismantled pieces of furniture there was no mention of putting them back together. I did all that. All in all a real collaborative effort where we all chipped in to get bit done, Sadly I was the only one not being paid. All this happened because they took on a job without giving enough thought as to what it entailed. All the items of furniture were on the job sheet apart from a small upright piano which I telephoned to discuss in advance in any event. Badly planned in the extreme but in fairness proper grafters and I would imagine they would do a small job very well.Just not ours which they did very very badly
