We're a young and vibrant team based in London but operating nationwide. We enjoy our work and like to keep our customers happy.
The Boring Stuff:
*Unless otherwise stated on your listing, we assume G/F to G/F collection/delivery and may charge an additional fee if this is not the case.
*We allocate a certain amount of time to complete each job and may charge a fee for waiting time.
*Quotes are based on your listing. If there are any additional items that we have not been informed of in advance, we may charge an additional fee.
*Dismantling and reassembly does not come as standard. If items do not fit through doorways/stairways we reserve the right to deliver the item outside the property or refuse collection if charges for dismantling/reassembly are not paid or we feel the item cannot be reassembled in the same or similar condition.
*If for any reason we cannot complete a job due to inaccurate information provided, we may charge costs incurred.
*If we are unable to collect/deliver because no one is available, we may charge costs and/or a redelivery fee.
*Suitable parking or loading/unloading arrangements must be made and any penalty charges received will be added to the quoted amount. If goods cannot be collected or delivered within a reasonable distance from the van, we may charge an additional fee.
*Every now and then, the wonder that is the M25 or the Great British weather fails us. We will always do our best to keep within time slots and will notify you as far in advance as possible should there be any delays (or indeed if we are ahead of schedule!) to minimise any inconvenience.
*Payment by cash on collection/delivery.
That said, we're a friendly and flexible team and understand that things do not always go to plan! If you have accepted our quote and anything changes, please do notify us as soon as possible so that we can plan ahead to minimise any additional costs passed to you.

Guys were on time and polite. I was phoned a couple of days before to change the date due to a van problem but I had said we could be flexible on dates and they swopped to the following day. |

Great reliable service. There was a slight lack of communication. I had to chase down Lloyd to find out what time he was going to pick up and drop off. That was the only thing I'd say. But they were very nice and careful bringing in the 3-door wardrobe and placing it where I wanted. I would use them again. Good value for money. I wish them further success with their business. |
