Unlike some other courier firms I have complete transparency in my pricing with no hidden extras. The price I quote you, is the price you pay.
Located in Reading, Berkshire I operate a same day courier service but can also offer a collection and delivery service by appointment.
My flexibility means that I will also deliver evening and weekends to meet the needs of my clients.
I have appropriate Goods in Transit and Public Liability Insurance which is carried in the vehicle. The policies are available for clients to review upon request.
My growing reputation is really important to me, so if you are happy please tell others, if not please tell me.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The quotation assumes that the job will be undertaken by the driver only. If the goods cannot be moved safely by the driver, there must be someone in attendance at the collection address and the delivery destination to assist with loading and unloading the goods. If the job involves more than door to door deliver we must be informed and agree to this in advance.
Clients should provide the full postal address and post code of both the collection address and the delivery destination.
Clients should provide a contact name and telephone number of both the collection address and the delivery destination. The driver will only leave the goods with the stated contact name.
When making a collection or delivery the driver will telephone the customer and give an estimated morning or afternoon schedule. Should the driver be delayed or have to deviate from this schedule, the driver will aim to keep the customer updated by telephone.
The driver will provide a consignment note which should be signed at the time of collection and delivery by the respective parties. Any existing damage will be recorded on the consignment note so that the customer is aware that it has not occurred during transportation.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
