Dear Customer.
We have over 4 years experience in removals and delivery business and are proud to be able to extend our services to all "any van" customers in London.
Our drivers are well mannered and professional.
We are providing Man and Van services with driver assistance therefore if delivery requires two persons to load/unload your items he might need your help.
Drivers are equipped with trolleys.
Please dismantle all furniture (where possible) upon our arrival to avoid delays or difficulties with access. If you require assistance with that let us know in advance.
We are fully insured and taking good care of every item that is in our hands.
We deliver items as they are providing blankets and straps to transport them safely.
You can find exact measurements of our vans (all same size) by viewing photos attached to our Any Van profile.
PLEASE READ:
-Please check availability before booking/accepting our bid as we can refuse the job if booked without prior arrangements.
-List of items must be accurate or we might need to charge extra. (few extra/less boxes bags would not make a difference)
-No extra fees for extra trips if accurate list of items was provided
-We charge extra for assembly or dismantling of the furniture so let us know in advance if required
-We charge £20/hr for delays (any reason)
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
