Hello!
We are a light haulage and removals company, also providing a bespoke man and van service on Anyvan specialising in artworks, antique furniture and glassware.
We started our business offering the highest quality service to provide client peace of mind, knowing from first hand experience how important and difficult this process can be and so ensuring we are doing our utmost to provide safe and issue-free transit.
Our friendly, fit and always-available drivers have decades of experience between them and we will always provide updates, tools for assembly/disassembly, sack trolley, furniture dolly, blankets and straps for your items. Our vans are regularly cleaned and serviced.
All road tolls and charges included in our prices.
T&Cs:
- We ask clients to please provide correct and exact item specifications as close as possible: we reserve the right to charge extra for items not as described as this may impact space allocation and jobs already booked.
- We ask clients to please provide correct inventory for the same reasons, any additional items will be charged for or rejected if impacting space allocations or other jobs. Please enquire for bespoke, dedicated transport.
- Please check parking restrictions and arrange parking. Any parking tickets due to unspecified and unclear parking restrictions are billed to the client.
- We can provide professional moving boxes and bubble wrap at cost. Please enquire.
- Packing/unpacking service can be arranged @ £5 / small box, £15 / medium box, £25 / large box.
- Please be aware that all quotes and prices are based on ground floor to ground floor moves, additional floors/stairs will be charged extra due to the work and risk involved.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-completion of jobs caused by circumstances beyond our control i.e. weather conditions, major traffic delays and accidents, customer delays, incorrect item or collection specifications by clients etc. We will notify you in this case immediately and arrange a solution.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
