We are a family run courier, removal and house clearance company based in central England
When we take on a job whether it’s a single item or the entire contents of your home you can rest assured that we treat every job and customer with the consideration and respect you deserve. You can relax in the knowledge that your item/s are insured in transit, will be suitably protected and secured and when we say we will be there at a certain time we will do our utmost best to be there, god willing and heavy traffic permitting of course.
If the unexpected should happen on route then our driver will telephone ahead to explain exactly what the delay is and how long he is likely to be.
Upon accepting a bid placed by us you will receive confirmation within 24 hours acknowledging the job and a likely time frame for completion.
One or two days before we have your job scheduled on a “run” our office will be in touch via telephone to arrange a suitable time for either collection or delivery. At this point we can give you
a 2 hour window when we will be with you, simply to save you waiting in all day. If you require the driver to call ahead before he arrives then please let us know.
On the day of your collection/delivery we will text you the drivers name and phone number in case you need to pop out.
All bids are for 1 van and 1 driver unless prior arrangements have been made. If it is a 2 man job then either please make sure your listing states this or contact us to arrange additional help.
Our drivers are very experienced in moving large or heavy items however it is assumed that help will be available at both ends to assist with loading and unloading.
We will upon request move items to a designated area inside a property including upstairs but please be aware our insurance does not include damage to either the item we are moving or any item inside a house once we have stepped inside.
We accept cash (preferred) on completion of the job, we also accept cheque and bank transfer with prior arrangement
