I started my business in December 2017 as a LWB owner / driver.
My background has previous courier experience but the last 14 years as a Warehouse Operations Manager so I am totally committed to customer service and providing the best possible rates and service.
I only request the opportunities to prove that my service is sustainable.
I will be looking to co-load outbound and inbound to improve fuel efficiency.
I will require payment by cash on collection or via bank transfer when I am at collection point prior to leaving for delivery point.
In the event of being delayed at collection or delivery point, I will contact the customer and inform if a waiting time charge will apply.
As I work alone, there may be a requirement for "help" in lifting into or from my vehicle. Please assist to speed up that process.....
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
