We provide a customer service that is available 24 hours 7 days a week.
We have over 20 years experience .Our aim is to provide a friendly & efficient service, making your move as stress free as possible. We travel all over mainland Britain And Europe. We provide a one or two person service, just let us know how many needed.
Terms and Conditions:
If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
If a job is cancelled on short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time , whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.
Please note if you require a 2 person service, please ask us for it.
It is YOUR responsibility to check that any item YOU bought will fit into YOUR home or place of work, because for dismantling and assembling extra charges will apply
No job will be booked in until YOU have completed ALL details on your job listing, including Contact Telephone Numbers & FULL Postal address for BOTH collection and delivery address.
It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park , any parking fines or congestion charges will have to be paid for by the customer.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Terrible - please do not use them. They bid for and won the work to transport my caravan from the south coast, where I had bought it, to Wiltshire. Along the way they badly damaged a window. They were reluctant to come and out and view the damage, but eventually they did do this. I have been in communication with them for more than 8 months about this and they have failed to pay for the damage. They now, no longer respond to my emails. I would not recommend that you use them as they seem to be very unprofessional. I would certainly not use them again |

Do not use! They broke the glass of a framed picture which I would have accepted but they then insisted on taking it back with them to reframe, promising to post it to me the next week. 6 months later and I have still not received my picture back despite calling and texting. That picture had huge value to me and this is basically just theft so I am very unhappy with the service. |
