~ All our shipments are DIRECT DOOR-TO-DOOR and we never use central hubs, warehouses or sub-contractors to complete your job.

Terms and conditions:
1. If you require a 2 man service, please request
2. If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
2.1. If your pick up or drop of is within the congestion charge zone you are liable to pay this charge
3. If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
3.1 We allow one person to travel in the van, an additional person (two people) to travel with the driver an additional taxi charge will apply please ask for a quote
4. We are not responsible or liable in any way for loss of income/time off work whatsoever you may have incurred
while waiting for us to deliver or collect.
4.1. Please ensure you make your bookings promptly as our schedule changes every 10 minutes.
5. If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £10 per 30 minutes will be charged,
5.1 If we ever have to cancel or change a booking we would ensure we give you at least 72 hours notice prior to cancelation.
6. We will always keep you informed of any delay to your order/delivery.
6.1. Service provide is ground floor to ground floor unless otherwise specified
7. Extra charges apply for dismantling and assembling of goods.
7.1 Please note this service may not be exclusive unless specified we may have pick ups or drop off's along the way to your drop off or pick up.
8. It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park.
9. No job will be booked in until you have completed ALL details on your job listing.
9.1 We reserve the right to requote on arrival

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
