We are a family run business specialising delivery service all over UK and Europe.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Please confirm the date and time before accepting the quote to ensure that your requested date/time slot is still available.
2. It is customer's responsibility to ensure the availability or have permission for parking. Any parking fines will be paid by the customer.
3. Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
4. All items must be pre-packed and ready to load before the crew arrive.
5. Suitable packing and wrapping of items are full responsibility of the customer
6. If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing extra charges may be applied.
7. If a job is cancelled on short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee to be incurred. Less than 24 hours’ notice, full amount will be payable
8. If the crew have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will apply.
9. If floor level is not stated extra charges might be incurred
10. It is your responsibility to ensure all the items can be removed from the collection point and will fit in to your place. (dismantling and assembling service available at extra cost)
11. Please ensure that your items packaged appropriately as we cannot take any responsibility for damaged items inappropriately packed.
12.If weight/size/quantity of goods provided by customer are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item(s) if there is not enough space on our vans.
13.If something unexpected happens such as traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in crew not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, we/crew will keep you fully informed and we might have to reschedule your job due to lack of time.

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
