We deliver a specialist and professional service to our customers. Excellent time keeping keeps us one step ahead of the completion and gives us the edge we need. Be reassured whatever we transport in the UK and EU will be fully covered under our higher & rewards goods in transit insurance policy. For items that may have to be stored over night we use Big Yellow and Access storage. If we are holding your items for more than 48 hours you will incur additional charges. This storage charge will be separate from the quote. like most transporters we keep our quotes fair to you the customer and us the transporter. We are knew to this company but rest assure we have Been transporting for over 15 years. BIKES We are fully equip to transport bikes securely. PETS We have cages for pets feeding, watering included in quote. Insurance proof : We provide this document on collection

As stepd can be awkward and makes lifting five times harder quotes are made per landing.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Very nice guy and lady. But I said I would follow them back, and after me turning off as he seemed to be taking all routes that had traffic. I got home, and waited, almost half an hour later I called him and he did he had been sitting at the back of my house and didn't know how to get closer, he had been sitting there for 20mins and not called?? Then he dropped a drawer in the chest of drawers infront of me but carried on like nothing had happened. When we were putting it together gain realised he had broken a screw out of it and bent the runner. I said it to him, he did say oh no, but really, what were my options. Ike I said, nice people, but not really all that professional a setup. I would use again, but I would be cautious of the kind of service to expect and the rate to reflect it, and maybe unload myself. |

I would not recommend this company at all. After numerous phone calls, email messages and promises to call back "within a minute" I decided to cancel. They are simply not reliable and lack management skills as well as organisation. As a customer you need reliable services and this company has clearly demonstrated that they are not qualified nor capable. |

Did not turn up on time,no phone call to say he was going to be late, when I did manage to get in touch it was only because I phoned anyvan.He did not apologise for being three hours late and told me to find myself another driver if I couldn't wait any longer!!!!! Won't be useing him again or recommend him |
