Specialist in the removal of Pianos, Snooker Tables and Entire House Removals. We cover the entire UK and enjoying working abroad.
We offer three levels of service designed to suit everyones needs. All quotes are for our standard service unless otherwise agreed.
- Budget Service
If you know your budget let us know and we will do our best to help when we are in your area. In order offer cheap prices we require that you are fully flexible with collection and delivery.
-Standard Service
We will deliver your piano the sameday or next day on agreed date/dates. We will offer estimated times however will not be held to these times due to the unpredictable nature of travelling long distances.
-Premium Service
We will collect your piano at your specified time, and deliver straight away unless a later delivery is preferable.
All levels of service are carried out in a professional manor. Experienced staff will use the correct skids, ramps, trolleys, blankets and straps to ensure your delivery is carried out safely. Our insurance covers you during the removal, transit and any storage we may undertake.
While dates and times my be discussed prior to a quote being accepted, Bookings can only be made by accepting quotes.
If your property necessitates a piano to be lifted up steps or stairs, we ask that you inform us of the number, access, and any possible complications, before accepting our quote so that we are able to calculate the equipment and time needed. This enables us to carry out your delivery efficiently, with minimum inconvenience to both you and us. Any stairs we are not informed of prior to quoting will charge for at £5 per step (upright pianos) or £10 per step (Baby and Grand pianos). When quoting for stairs, we presume a straight staircase with sufficient access unless otherwise informed, and so any additional requirements, such as tight corners, will be charged according to time spent.

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)

This team of guys know how to move the biggest of grand pianos, and were very polite and efficient on collection. However, they did not deliver at time requested, and did not make contact with my buyer. They went absent without leave WITH THE PIANO over 48 hours. Phone dead. Had to call the police. However, eventually got back in touch; said they broke down, and left phone in van over weekend. Piano was delivered. They got it up the stairs OK, and compensated my buyer for the bit of damage they caused. A very stressful experience. |

The deliverers were very competent and the piano arrived in good shape, however, they were 6 hours late for the pick up and 36 (yes 36!) hours late for the delivery. In both cases we had to chase them for information on arrival time. |

Very disappointed that Piano100 failed to arrive to carry out this job, on two occasions because previous jobs overran, and we are still waiting to hear the explanation for the failure on the third occasion (at the beginning of the day). Very poor at keeping us informed and a very unsatisfactory experience. Glad that Anyvan were speedy at refunding our deposit paid to them, though. |
